02 — RETURNS & STATUTORY RIGHTS

This policy is in addition to your rights under the
Consumer Rights Act 2015 and
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2.1 Right to Cancel (UK & EU Customers)

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within:

  • 14 days from delivery

You must notify us within this period to exercise your right.

You then have 14 additional days to return the item.

2.2 Return Conditions

Returned items must be:

  • unworn and unused

  • in original condition

  • with tags and original packaging

  • free from damage, odour, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2.3 Non-Cancellable Items

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • made-to-order or customised items

  • personalised garments

  • sealed goods that are not suitable for return once worn

  • items marked as final sale

(As permitted under Consumer Contracts Regulations)

2.4 Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund

After 30 days and up to 6 months, we may offer repair or replacement first.

2.5 Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend tracked and insured returns

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

2.6 Refunds

Refunds will be issued:

  • to the original payment method

  • within 14 days of receiving returned goods

Original shipping costs are refundable only where legally required.

03 — RETURN TO NATURE (CIRCULAR CREDIT PROGRAM)

This program is separate from statutory returns.

3.1 Purpose

TĪRYAJ garments are designed for full lifecycle responsibility. This program allows customers to return garments after use.

3.2 Eligibility

  • Only authentic TĪRYAJ garments

  • Must have been used under normal conditions

  • Must not be intentionally damaged

3.3 Credit Allocation

Eligible returns may receive up to 20% store credit, determined at our discretion based on:

  • garment condition

  • material recovery potential

  • lifecycle stage

3.4 Outcome of Returned Items

Returned garments may be:

  • archived

  • repurposed

  • recycled

  • biodegraded

We do not guarantee a specific outcome.

3.5 Nature of Credit

  • Store credit is non-transferable

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash

  • May carry expiry terms (if applied at issue)

3.6 Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse participation in cases of:

  • abuse of the program

  • fraudulent claims

  • non-authentic item

04 — PRE-ORDERS

4.1 Nature of Pre-Orders

Pre-orders secure a product prior to production completion.

Timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • artisan production

  • raw material availability

  • logistics

4.2 Payment

Full payment is required at checkout.

4.3 Cancellation

Orders may not be cancelled once production has begun.

4.4 Delays

We are not liable for delays inherent to handcrafted production, but will communicate significant changes.

05 — PRODUCT CARE & MATERIAL DISCLOSURE

5.1 Natural Materials

TĪRYAJ garments are made from natural fibres.

Variations in:

  • colour

  • texture

  • weave

are inherent characteristics, not defects.

5.2 Care Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • following care instructions

  • appropriate storage and maintenance

Improper care voids eligibility for returns based on wear-related damage.

5.3 Wear & Ageing

Natural garments evolve over time. This is a feature of the material, not a fault.


06 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased

Nothing in this policy excludes liability for:

  • death or personal injury caused by negligence

  • fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • rights under UK consumer law

Customer data is handled in accordance with the
UK GDPR and
Data Protection Act 2018.

We collect only necessary information for order processing and customer service.




08 — GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
